Accommodation
Savannah Lodge has a variety of different style accommodations. We give you the customer a choice from a Bush Room tucked away in the trees, to Safari Chalets overlooking a watering hole, Lodge Accommodation overlooking the garden, Rondavels next to the pool, and a Backpackers section that is away from the main lodge.
CATERING OPTIONS – Breakfast is available on request, a menu is available for lunch and dinner.
SELF-CATERING OPTIONS – Braai areas are available. You are more than welcome to bring your own braai meat, charcoal, fire lighter, and salads. We will keep your food cold in our fridges. Cutlery and Crockery will be provided. A R50 Service Fee applies per room.
No Alcohol is allowed on the premises from outside the lodge.
Our Bush Bar is well-stocked and ready to serve you.
Bush Room
The Bush Room is tucked away in the trees.
You are PRIVATE away from the lodge and tents.
Has a King Size bed, open plan bathroom. Bath only. Separate toilet. The room has a heater, fan, hot blanket, towels, amenities, Tea and Coffee station. Don't forget to bring your own swimming towels, toiletries, insect repellant, and sunscreen.
There is a deck with comfortable chairs and a table to enjoy a cold sundowner from our fully licensed bar. Private garden area.
Safari Chalets
Kudu (Unit 3) and Blesbok (Unit 6)
Savannah has 2 Safari Chalets. Each SafariChalet has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. There is a King Size Bed OR 2 single beds. An additional bed can be added for children or a 3rd guest. (Children pays half price)
Our Safari Chalets is half brick and half tent. Built on a solid structure raised off the ground. This gives you a great view of the African Bushveld and the Vredefort Dome.
Each Tent has its own deck with comfortable chairs and a table to enjoy a cold sundowner from our fully licenced bar. All units are equipped with a coffee/tea station, hairdryer and electric blankets. It includes all bedding, towels and amenities.

Tented Chalets
Springbok (Unit 1), Impala (Unit 2), Waterbuck (Unit 4) and Sable (Unit 5)
Savannah has 4 Tented Chalets. Each Tented Chalet has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. There is a King Size Bed OR 2 single beds.
