Savannah Game and River Resort is located on 2500 acres of unspoilt African bush, 90 minutes away from Sandton or OR TAMBO airport (GPS Coordinates: S 26 47.679 E 27 32.154) – Savannah is home to over 25 mammal species and over 300 bird species. Bordering on 8km of the Vaal River the opportunities to get away from it all are endless, whatever you desire, or wherever you come from. Come enjoy!

Rondawels:

Stay in our quaint thatched Rondawels next to our sparkling blue pool all with en suite bathrooms and comfortable beds. We supply you with a hairdryer and torch. The rondawels are close to the Main Lodge where breakfast and dinner is served.

Lodge:

There are four luxurious rooms in the lodge all with their own bathrooms including our Honeymoon suite – cosy and comfortable.

Luxury Tented Accommodation:

All tents sleep 2 and have electricity with en suite bathrooms with a shower. We supply you with a hairdryer, torch and binoculars. The tents are located close to the watering hole so you might get a glimpse of the game from the comfort of your tent as they lap at the water’s edge.

Packages:

Luxury tent: Maximum of two adults. Includes: electricity, tea & coffee station and en suite restroom with a shower as well as Breakfast

Rondawels: Maximum of two adults. Includes: electricity, tea & coffee station and en suite restroom with a shower as well as Breakfast

PLEASE NOTE: NO self-catering due to the danger of veld fires. There is a cash bar on the premises so you can either laze by the poolside with a drink in hand or in our Boma where we make great bonfires and you can enjoy sun downers.

Savannah Game Lodge: Cancellation Policy

50% deposit payable on confirmation of booking.

10% cancellation fee if cancelled 28 days in advance

25% cancellation fee if cancelled 14 to 27 days in advance

75% cancellation fee if cancelled 7 to 14 days in advance

Less than 7 days forfeit full deposit.
